Yeadon Smith is a recovering youth minister now working full time in real estate. He is the owner of Live Oak Real Estate and co-founder of Live Oak Capital, a real estate investment firm. They work with private investors to give them solid, consistent returns to build long term wealth and cash flow. He has helped grow Live Oak Capital to over $50 million in assets under his management since its beginning in 2019.
