The Hum

All over the World people complain they can hear an annoying hum that in some cases is so invasive that it destroys their lives.  From New Zealand to Windsor Ontario, where the sound could be caused by industry from across the river in Detroit, the hum has even been heard local to Andy & Len in the Strangford Lough area.
