• Afraid to speak their mind?
• Afraid to tell you the truth?
• Everyone having side conversation about issues--but their are never openly addressed?

The city gates was a place where people could assemble, exchange ideas, and have discourse about the pressing needs of the community. 

As organization we must establish safe environments for people to stand up and speak truth. WHY? Because speaking truth is the fast track to grown and core to organizational health and wellbeing.
