Ever ran a race in a mine? Today's guest has! Laura Sherrer-Townsend is joining us from Canada with her experience running a 24 hour race in a tunnel, called The Dark. She is also the race director for the 24 hour SurvivorFest race! Her running in Canada also makes her an expert at running through some bitterly cold temperatures.
