E2: Mild January in Delmarva, active weather out west

As January continues to be milder than average, Chief Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek and Meteorologist Ulises Garcia look at the warmer than usual start to the new year. With mild weather here along the east coast, the western United States has been taking the brunt of the active weather with catastrophic conditions as a result.
