Good morning, Miami! Your weather team here with a foggy yet fabulous forecast for the last day of the year.
Buckle up for a day that's starting with some dense morning fog, but don't worry - it'll clear up faster than your New Year's resolutions! We're looking at partly sunny skies with temperatures climbing to a toasty 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Those southwest winds will be dancing around 7 to 10 miles per hour, giving us just a hint of a breeze.
Tonight, we've got a slim 10 percent chance of some sneaky showers before 7 pm. Expect partly cloudy conditions with temperatures dropping to a comfortable 68 degrees.
New Year's Day brings some good news - mostly sunny skies with a high near 77 degrees. Those winds will be playing musical chairs, starting northwest and then sliding to the northeast by afternoon.
As we roll into the weekend, get ready for a cool down. Saturday's looking crisp with sunny skies and temperatures maxing out around 68 degrees. Those north winds will be a bit frisky, gusting up to 18 miles per hour.
Weekend warriors, rejoice! Sunday and Monday are looking mighty fine with mostly sunny conditions and temperatures climbing back into the 70s.
