So, what's in store for the Magic City? Well, today we've got a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms between 10 am and 2 pm. It'll be partly sunny with a high near 89, but watch out for those heat index values reaching as high as 106. Expect an east wind around 10 miles per hour.

Tonight, there's a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 7 pm and after 4 am. It'll be partly cloudy with a low around 83 and an east wind around 10 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 10 percent.

Moving on to Friday, we're looking at a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms mainly after 8 am. It'll be mostly sunny with a high near 89. Heat index values could peak at 105. East wind will be blowing at 10 to 14 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 18 miles per hour.

As we head into the weekend, it's shaping up to be wet. A mixture of showers and thunderstorms likely on Saturday and Sunday, with highs in the upper 80s. So, keep an umbrella handy!
