Here's the weather script:
Good morning, Houston! Let's dive into our weather update for today and the coming days.
First up, heads-up for early risers: We've got a Dense Fog Advisory in effect. So if you're heading out, take it slow and keep those headlights on.

Winds will be coming from the southwest at 5 to 15 miles per hour, with some gusts up to 20 miles per hour.
Monday night brings patchy fog after 10 pm, but overall, expect mostly clear skies and a low around 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tuesday continues the mild trend with patchy morning fog, then clearing to a sunny day with a high near 66 degrees Fahrenheit. The north wind will be light, around 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Looking ahead, New Year's Day looks sunny and mild with temperatures reaching about 62 degrees Fahrenheit. As we move into the latter part of the week, we might see a slight chance of showers, particularly on Thursday afternoon.
Weekend forecast shows partly sunny conditions with temperatures hovering in the low to mid 60s, and a increasing chance of showers on Sunday.
