Good morning, Houston! I'm your weather buddy bringing you the chilly scoop for the weekend ahead.
We're kicking things off with a Cold Weather Advisory, so bundle up, folks! Tonight, expect mostly cloudy skies with temperatures dropping to around 54 degrees Fahrenheit. Those southwest winds will be dancing at around 10 miles per hour, with gusts reaching up to 20 miles per hour.

But hold onto your hats, because Saturday night is bringing a serious temperature plunge! We're talking lows around 33 degrees Fahrenheit with north winds hitting 15 miles per hour.
Sunday continues the cold trend with sunny skies but a high of only 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Those north winds will be persistent, with gusts up to 30 miles per hour.
Martin Luther King Day brings some drama with increasing clouds and a high near 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Monday night gets even more exciting with a potential snow and sleet show. We're looking at a 60 percent chance of precipitation.
Tuesday continues the winter weather party with snow and sleet likely, temperatures struggling to reach 33 degrees Fahrenheit.
The rest of the week looks like a mix of partly cloudy skies and a slight chance of showers, with temperatures gradually climbing back up.
