On today’s podcast I had the clever investor Cody Sperber on! Cody is a real estate investor who has done thousands of transactions and has been in the game for over 20 years now, both doing the deals and teaching others how to do them. He’s someone that I consider a mentor, not just in real estate, but in business in general. He’s been doing the things I’ve just started recently for way longer!
