Misty Meets Susie Bradley – the founder of Essentially Fit Life, Faith, Fitness & Wellness Coaching

Susie was raised on the beach in California but living in the mountains of Colorado since 2006.  She grew up an athlete as a gymnast, dancer, diver and a cheerleader. As a natural transition, she has been Zumba Instructor for 9 years. She has been in the health and wellness industry since 1994 in dentistry as a dental hygienist and as a Certified Life Coach for the past 6 years. 

She has a passion for helping others burst out of their comfort zone and soar with growth and intentionality. Susie loves running along side her clients in this dance of life.
