EPISODE 40: WHAT KIND OF PERSON DO YOU WANT TO BE?

How are you living a life and identifying your identity? Are you honoring your personal identity? How do you determine what kind of person you are?

These are the questions that help us determine our core values and who we truly are.  Rielly and Tovah discuss this and more in episode 4 of season 4.  As it often does, the conversation comes back to a discussion of our inner voice. 

We want to stop asking kids what they want to be when they grow up and ask them who they are.  Identity is not focused on what you do for a living, or how you spend your time, or what kinds of things you own. Who we are starts with understanding ourselves, who we want to be, and why.

Brainstorm a list of what you believe your core values to be, organize into categories, select 5-10 that you feel best represent you
From those try to write an 8 word biography
Post your bio to social media and tag us @goboldlytogether or send it to us via email
