Especially as moms, we need to commit to (not detract from) the practices that make us feel good, mentally and physically, in order to show up as the best mom for our children, in addition to the best version of ourselves. We discuss how we make time for ourselves in this new chapter, our favorite practices and rituals and how feeling good >> looking good in our new era.
