Nehemiah is one of the most fascinating accounts in Israel’s history. It reads like a movie in telling the historical account of a nation in political, social, and spiritual turmoil. Nehemiah finds himself hurting, angry, frustrated, and sad over the news of Jerusalem’s destruction. Rather than numb the pain or avoid it, he takes 3 decisive steps that help him lean into God and be used by God to lead a nation.
