Pleasure to have a good friend of mine - Zach Aspinall on the podcast! Zach was a Pace Athletic customer but we clicked when we met, had a profound chat about his Bondi to Manly event and the gluteus medius tendinopathy that unfortunately resulted from it. He was looking to take a break from the corporate world and wanted to experience working at Pace Athletic (a running specialty shoe store). It’s crazy to think he has done 3 marathons and has never NOT broken 3 hours while only starting running two years ago.
