We discuss filtration compared to purification relative to the sizes of viruses , bacteria, and parasites. We did a typical cost comparison of a professional Reverse Osmosis System against buying the same water by the case of bottles. Typically the payback happens in 3 1/2 years for a 2-person household with a fridge filter being eliminated.
