After spending nearly 10 years leading and selling from SMB to Global at a top SaaS company ADP, Jess leaped to a new industry to learn ad-tech and retail media strategy. She once considered herself a sales and SaaS lifer, but this experience in transitioning industries exposed her to building and leading a Revenue Operations function.
