Today’s episode gets real (and a little personal) about the state of people ops heading into 2023. The same trend keeps emerging in conversations for me lately and I wanted to tackle it head on.
That trend? Incredible People Ops leaders throwing in the towel in record numbers.
I’ll be sharing some of my experience, along with what I’ve been seeing and hearing in the industry over the last few years. I believe there is hope, but companies need to start making some drastic moves to support and champion leaders in these roles or the shortage of qualified, passionate talent is going to continue to shrink.
