May we pack with wisdom,
but not worry.
May we gather what we need,
but leave perfection behind.

May the lists help us,
but not hold us too tightly,
and may every zipper zipped remind us:
we are preparing for joy and rest,
not control.

May we also remember:
We don’t have to pack perfectly to show up.
We don’t need every plan to go smoothly to stay present.

Presence is a choice,
a gift we give to each other—
even when we forget something,
