134. Today is a Good Day to Start Speaking Life

Most of us are familiar with the saying, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." While this is good advice in general, it seems that many people have forgotten it in recent years. Instead, it often feels like negativity is everywhere we turn. Whether it's the latest news headline or a friend's venting on social media, it can be easy to get caught up in a negative spiral. That's why it's so important to make a conscious effort to speak life into our relationships and our own lives. When we choose to focus on the simple fact that God is good, it can have a profound impact on our emotional well-being.
