If you're going to graduate from couples therapy, one of the best skills that you should be walking away having fully mastered his relationship check-in. In this episode I want to talk about what is a check in and what a successful couple does to create check-in. I'm gonna also give you some homework, and how to practice check in even outside of a romantic partnership.
