This week we tackle Worthiness. Inherent in all our deepest desires is the need to love and connect fully to ourselves and others. What keeps us stuck is the false belief that we are unworthy of what we truly want. We explore the journey from unworthiness to worthiness. From needing approval and love from outside conditions to the paradigm shift to the internal truth. the Truth that you are lovable and perfect exactly as you are. 

These discussions are meant to inform, inspire, and transform you in ways that are loving, funny, curious and powerful. It is a conversation, a spiritual quest, with a desire to connect to you and have you connect more deeply within yourself. Join us as we explore what's on our minds and in our hearts. It is our desire to just be real people with real questions, exploring real solutions, creating real understanding.
