Our most unhinged episode to date with Chris’ comments about those who attended the John Forrest Trail Run and Hayden joining us via a 3G internet connection in his front yard, this week we’re joined by the stars of the Casual Runners Appreciation Podcast (CRAP), Shannon Beattie and Hayden McGregor fresh from their Busselton Bay Run adventures over the weekend. 

A chockablock weekend of results as we recap the Busselton Bay Run, the State 3,000m Championships, the WAMC John Forrest Trail Run and Perth Trail Series Qi Gong. 

We go through some WARP admin along with specific administration matters with Shannon and Hayden aka the Beer Mile and Transcend.
