Matt is joined this week by WA Marathon stalwart Jon Pendse, who celebrated his 100th marathon at last weekends Perth Running Festival, an incredible feat. We discuss his introduction in to running, his approach to training and the highs and lows of his running career so far.



Jon gives us his marathon race recap, resulting in an impressive 2:52. We discuss the results of  all 4 distances, as well as the State Marathon Champs. And thanks to the WARP listeners, we discuss the participant feedback on what went well and what could be improved for next years PRF.
