PSA - Dan is officially an Ultra runner



In this episode:

- Sinead takes a week off for her Baby shower as she quickly approaches her due date.

- Dan survives Transcend and vows to never run an ultra again. 

- Matt has his final marathon specific session two weeks out from the big day, as he joins some time away in Albany with his soon to be triple-Olympian fiancé. 

Results:

Transcend Ultra - we speak to new course record holder Erika Lori, who takes the female win (5th overall) and Dale Zabiela as first WA male (2nd overall) in the 65km solo. Overall winner was Piotr Babis.
