When we are younger we have a much higher sex drive and different sexual urges. But when we begin to enter middle age our sex drive starts to change. In this first episode of sex after 40, Kristy, Maria and Nino discuss how things have changed in their sexual life, and how sex and intimacy can mean different things to different people.

All three of the hosts have a goal of letting people out there know that the sexual changes they are going through as they age are normal and that they are not alone.
