Should We Stop Using the Phrase, "Volunteer Friendly?"

Volunteers are the life blood of any church service. Big or small church it doesn’t matter, it takes volunteers to make Sunday happen. But does the phrase, Volunteer Friendly demean our volunteers? A phrase used to discuss systems, gear, and things that are simple and “easy enough” for a volunteer to use, does it have an un-intended meaning? Should we stop using it completely?
