Ep 6. Why do women second-guess their validity at work?

In this episode, we discuss times where women apologise or add a filler sentence before raising valid points in a professional capacity. It's something that isn't so much a conscious thing but more what feels like women trying to make up for themselves, as if they think that what they have to contribute isn't as valid as another person. We talk about different examples of language that can consciously be changed in order to come across stronger when we haven't realised we are showing a weakness.
