Tamar Mitchell Is Bringing SAMO Back

Chicago singer and songwriter Tamar Mitchell wants to make music that shares something different. With a theater background and fundamental education in music arrangement and composition, Mitchell uses his skills as a songwriter to bring new textures to his sound. In an interview with Vocalo afternoon host Nudia Hernandez and production intern Joshua X. Miller, Mitchell discussed his music, his love for writing and Basquiat's influence on his art.
