In this week’s highlights show I chat to actor Tamzin Outhwaite!

Our ‘Hero’ this week is the lovely Tamzin Outhwaite, actor and founder of ‘We Free Women’, a brilliant initiative which gives exhausted women the chance to recharge, reset & reconnect. This is a not-for-profit organisation that funds retreats and experiences for women who could really do with a break. Tamzin also reveals her favourite Southwest London theatres and performance venues.

Our ‘Local Expert’ is Bethan Higson of Mother Root, the alcohol free aperitif drink, for her advice on how to drink and eat to have a healthy start to the year.
