In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Athena Owen Nagel-an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Geosciences who has been teaching classes online for 11 years, has published articles on teaching geographic information systems via distance learning, using Google Earth in online classrooms and is the recipient of 2020 Mississippi State University Center for Distance Education Online Teaching Award.
