What is Scouse?

The Liverpool area boasts its own accent and dialect and Vince discusses the origins of Scouse with world-famous impressionist, Paul Melba, who was a major celebrity hailing from Liverpool. Paul appeared on two Royal Command Performances befoere the Queen and toured throughout the world. Vince and Paul are looking at a book called Lern Yerself Scouse.
