#55 The Riddler

Perhaps the villain with the lowest success rate, the Riddler. Almost never wins and I can't point to a time where he did actually follow through completely and win. But he's always a fun toss in since he usually has nothing to lose and it's a fun mystery to find out what he's actually planning since he's always got something bigger happening.
