Jack Hearn joined the Royal Northumberland Fusiliers in the Second World War, and served with them and the RASC in both North Africa and Italy. At 98 years old, Jack is a Judo black belt and a great character. This is Part 1 of our conversations with him, and covers Jack's childhood and service in North Africa.
