🔹Question:
"I feel no respect from my coworker. When I put up the painting I did with the residents on the all, my coworkers takes it down and put up the artwork she did with the residents. It has happened repeatedly. And when we have a baking class, she doesn't clean the kitchen area, so I have to clean the kitchen and take out the trash. I want to do my best with the residents. I want to make them happy, and I want to dedicate my time to work. I don't want to quit. So, am I being negative in taking issue with how my coworker behaves? How can I make my mind peaceful?"
