Is There Happiness That Isn't Followed by Suffering?

🔹Question : I am in
Dharma school and learning Buddhism. I learned that we seek happiness which
comes together with sufferings. I wonder what are those examples of happiness
that comes with suffering and are there any happiness that doesn't come with
suffering?
