How Do You Distinguish Love from Desire?

🔹Question: You spoke I believe in the question by this gentleman here about a mother’s love for a child, but you also spoke in length about desire. And I suppose my question revolves around how you would compromise those two. How would you live a loving life while at the same time attempting to attain your own happiness by removing yourself from desire. How do you distinguish love from desire? Are they distinguishable?
