Ryan St. Germaine is the co-founder and CEO of BCJobs.ca as well as the CEO of Jobcast. He also started BC Tech Jobs as well as the tech meetup in Burnaby. We talk about what it is like running a 15 year old tech company, as well as starting new ones. Ryan talks about the changing job market now, and how things may change in the future.
