Joy, Amazement, and the Future

The conclusion to Luke’s first volume leaves us with Christ’s disciples amazed at what has happened. Christ has secured the glorification for them by His life, death, and resurrection. We now anticipate Christ’s continued work in history through the disciples and us as we turn to volume two, the book of Acts.
