Aleena Din a Cambridge university alumni and PhD history student at the University of Oxford. Discusses her research on the migration and settlement of women from Azad Kashmir, Pakistan to the UK, between 1962-2002. She highlights the vast contribution Muslim and Pakistani women have made to British society by collecting the testimony of migrant and 1st generation women, so that they are no longer invisible.
