NOTE: We didn't include the Hogwarts Express in this debate because many guests choose to visit one park per day and decline to purchase park-to-park tickets. We do enjoy both sides of the Hogwarts Express, but wanted to keep the discussion limited to attractions that are firmly planted in either Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley.
