Setting healthy boundaries is one of the most essential skills we can develop.  Without this skill, it becomes difficult – if not impossible – to maintain healthy relationships, which can lead us to feel resentful and drained.  Healthy boundaries allows us to manage our resources:  time and energy. Put another way, when we don’t have healthy boundaries, we can find ourselves stuck and we can’t move forward.
