I was inspired to share this story with you today. You'll have to excuse the initial background noise as I was originally just capturing thoughts, but then decided to release it (which aligns with my current desire of being more vulnerable and authentic). 

Shortly after graduating with my MBA, I was really excited to get a job at a big San Francisco tech company. I loved my time there, until my manager told me I'd never move up because I was a single mom.  WTF?! 

Then I go into some tips on how to move yourself closer to your goals (what I do daily that only takes a few minutes).
