In this episode, my guest Lydia Hwang (owner of Aspira), shares her beautiful story about how she created soul sound and color offerings to her clients.  By receiving your date of birth, she then taps into your energy field and is able to read your soul sound and colors.  I had this done and it was remarkably spot on! I also love to listen to my soul sound when I'm feeling a bit lost or down.

In addition to that, I did visit Lydia's spa and received the most amazing sound bath and sound healing experience ever! I've been experiencing painful carpal tunnel, but once I left her office, the pain was decreased.  She shares that her mentor told her the most important part of healing is in the relaxation, which allows our nervous system to essentially reset.

Lydia doesn't just stop at sound and color, she also went to UC Berkeley for their Herbology program and creates flower essences (aka plant spirit medicine) for people in need of support.  I've used these, my daughter has used these, and my mother has...all with remarkable healing.

My daughter and I wear matching tear drop necklaces with flower essences in them and my mother wears Lyda's hand-crafted Mala necklace.  I highly recommend these for any type of energetic leaks, anxiety, or worry.  Lydia takes time to listen to her clients' needs and then channels the information from her guides.
