In this episode, Dr. Kamilla Holst (Chiropractor / Author / Coach) and I talk about her book: The Fear Bucket List: From Victim to Power Woman.  It's about healing trauma after childhood abuse and she donates all the profits to a child trafficking non-profit, so definitely check it out.  We talk about how healing it is to write about your traumas.

We then switched topics and she shared her IVF journey and how to prime your body for pregnancy.  She was told she had zero chance at getting pregnant, but then changed to a plant-based diet and her IVF was successful (and now she's in her second IVF pregnancy)!
