High school gets busy, life can be hectic, extracurriculars are always happening and in all this, I feel like I never get to doing a lot of things I really, really want to do. And if you’re always chasing your ambition like it’s your tail, shit hits the fan. Sometimes I don’t put a pause on the swamped feeling of being so ashamed of what I did or so worried about what I’m not going to do. That’s why I wanted to sit down for a bit. Longer conversations are awesome because I learn so much and I’m usually in it. I’d like to be honest with myself, vulnerable with others, and curious about the world. This podcast is about people I really want to talk to. It’s about health. It’s about relationships. It’s about me. And it’s about other people. And whatever else we want to talk about.
In this episode, I talk about change and whether it’s okay to be ugly.
