Well, this was certainly an interesting episode. In talking with Doomsday Mechanics, we discovered that 20-something years ago I had played their old band, Frinds In Need Of on a certain little local-music show on the best independent radio station on the planet. I was a fan of that band and played the song a lot on the radio, and listened to the CD a lot in my car. It was pretty wild to realize that 21 years later, I was sitting with members of that band, interviewing them on my podcast.
Crazy.
