2. Kelly Smith, PharmD, FASHP, FCCP - Power of Authenticity, Catalyst of Others, Transition to College of Pharmacy Dean

Dr. Kelly Smith is the Dean of the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. She is a past President of ASHP (American Society of Health-System Pharmacists) and has won numerous awards in her career including Pharmacist of the Year from the Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists. 

Dr. Smith and Dr. Amerine talk about them both being introverts, the power of authenticity, Kelly's time as ASHP President including how she had to end Magic Johnson’s keynote and her meeting Michelle Obama. We talk about her role as Dean of UGA's College of Pharmacy and her overall career path. She has been a “catalyst of others” throughout her career and continues to do so in her role as Dean.
