After this interview I felt so inspired! Chef Susan opened up about who played important roles in influencing her path to become a culinary staple of New Orleans,  From her first restaurant in the French Quarter to her newest, Rosedale, we find out what drives her to continue to be so present inside of her restaurant kitchens!
