As the Holidays approach, it is even more important to me as a father to know and understand some of the most important aspects of our children’s health. From diabetes to abnormal sleep patterns- there are vital signs that we as parents need to be cognizant of- while also educating ourselves with more information that can be so beneficial  in all of our daily  lives- especially during the holidays!
